Villa description
Outer Banks is located in a peaceful area, west of stunning Brewer’s Bay on the north-west coast of Tortola. This attractive Caribbean property is extremely well-presented offering quality accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. Outdoor space is well designed offering areas for relaxation around the private pool and a covered alfresco dining area conveniently located next to the kitchen. A gazebo on the far side of the pool provides a shady area out of the midday sun, the perfect place for an afternoon nap. Entertainment is provided by the many pelicans who dive for their lunch right in front of the villa. Below the water, excellent swimming and snorkelling can be enjoyed at nearby Brewer’s Bay. Accommodation at Outer Banks is housed in two pavilions - there are three bedrooms in the Main House and two further bedrooms in the Guest House. The three-storey Main House has living and kitchen areas on the middle level. Multiple French doors open on two sides to exquisite panoramic ocean views of the bay; sink into the deep-cushioned sofas and armchairs and be captivated by the sheer beauty surrounding this villa. The state-of-the-art kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and has been designed to allow excellent interaction between all guests during meal preparation. Occupying the upper level of the Main House is the master bedroom suite with a king 4-poster bed and modern ensuite bathroom with twin sinks and spacious shower. On the lower level is two further bedrooms, both with 4-poster beds. The indoor bathroom can be shared by both bedrooms although there is also a wonderful contemporary outdoor shower and WC available. The guest pavilion houses two queen bedroom suites, each with newly renovated ensuite bathrooms. There is a sofa bed in one of the bedrooms which can sleep two small children. These two bedrooms share a verandah. |

Trudi's personal opinion Outer Banks is utterly charming, a gem of a property! I instantly felt at home and relaxed the minute I walked into the villa and I have no doubt guests will feel the same way too. Ocean views from all corners of this villa are truly spectacular taking in the whole of the bay at Brewer’s but also benefiting from views out to Jost van Dyke, so well positioned to see glorious sunsets whilst sipping cocktails on the deck. It is the perfect choice for families or couples seeking an outstanding vacation property within a short distance of one of the best beaches on Tortola - Brewer’s Bay. I have no hesitation recommending Outer Banks - one of my favourite villas in the BVI! |
