All villa rental rates are quoted for 7 nights unless otherwise stated and are based on two persons per bedroom. Information about specific villa rentals listed on this website is subject to change at any time. The weekly rental rates on Virgin Gorda villas are inclusive of 7% Hotel Tax and 12% Service Fee, where applicable. A minimum 7-nights villa rental is required during the high season and 5 nights during the low season for the majority of villas. A 10-14 night minimum villa rental is required during the Christmas/New Year's Holiday Season depending on the villa. |
