All villa rental rates are quoted for 7 nights unless otherwise stated and are based on two persons per bedroom. Information about specific villa rentals listed on this website is subject to change at any time. The weekly villa rental rates listed INCLUDE 7% GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX.
A minimum 7-night villa rental is required during the HIGH SEASON and 5 nights during the LOW SEASON for most villas. A 10-14 night minimum villa rental is required during the Christmas/New Year's Holiday Seasons depending on the villa.
