Information about specific villa rentals listed on this website is subject to change at any time. The weekly villa rental rates listed do not include 7% Hotel Tax. A minimum 7-night villa rental is required during the high season and 5 nights during the low season for the majority of villas. A 10-14 night minimum villa rental is required during the Christmas/New Year's Holiday Season depending on the villa. |
