Villa description
Toa Toa House is a perfect vacation villa rental for watching spectacular sunsets whilst sipping cocktails by the pool. Three pavilions border the sunny pool deck - the Great Room offers a built-in bar, luxurious overstuffed sofas for lounging, teak furniture and accessories collected from around the world; the romantic, air-conditioned four-poster bedroom with indoor/outdoor garden shower, sits above. An alfresco dining area with built in gas BBQ under a covered lanai adjoins the Caribbean-style kitchen with the billiard room next door. At the opposite end of the pool deck is the third pavilion with an air-conditioned king bedroom/bath suite. The third and fourth king suites are situated in two separate pavilions (one above with A/C and one below). All king bedroom/bath suites are spacious and offer total privacy. Each suite has its own mini-fridge, coffee-maker and a private covered balcony. Toa Toa House is perched on Havers Hill catching cool trade winds and is conveniently located to the shops and restaurants in Road Town, water sport facilities at Nanny Cay and the spectacular beaches on the north shore (all within 10-15 minutes' scenic drive). |

Trudi's personal opinion Very spacious and luxurious private villa with the most fabulous panoramic ocean views over the Sir Francis Drake Channel and islands beyond. What better way to wake up in the morning and be confronted by paradise right in front of you. I especially liked the master bedroom - so romantic! An excellent-sized pool and lots of extra touches such as the Billiard Room make this villa perfect for both families and groups alike. Toa Toa is comfortable, well-maintained and spotlessly clean. Reviews of Toa Toa House ToaToa is a wonderful place to unwind and be mesmerized by the panoramic view overlooking the water and all the islands from St John to Ginger Island. It is built on multiple levels with separate bedroom pavilions. There are ceiling fans everywhere and AC in all of the bedrooms, although not needed with the constant tradewinds . There is a beautiful outdoor covered dining area which also offers the stunning view. The pool is surrounded on three sides by a wood deck and features comfortable cushioned teak lounge chairs. The villa is furnished with many charming antiques. There is a great room with comfy couches and a bar to watch TV or listen to music. Oh, and cannot forget the billiard room, which is a treat you do not find in most rental villas. Gives you something fun to do in the evening or on a rainy day (which you do not find often in the BVI). The villa manager Lynn lives below and is so friendly and eager to help with anything you need. She also owns a cool dog and cat which can visit if you like (or miss your pets at home, like we did.). I highly recommend this villa if you like privacy and still be centrally located to all there is to do on Tortola. We were very satisfied with Best of BVI. The booking process was uncomplicated and informative and all questions were answered. JD, Apr 2013 Toa Toa house has a wonderful layout, and is perched high on a hillside with a breathtaking view. We were only 4 people, but this property can easily handle larger groups with room to spread out. House is high up a steep winding road. Guests will probably want a rental car, and should not be afraid of a slightly challenging drive. Lots of beautiful plants surround the house. House manager Lynn is very helpful and friendly. I've been to Tortola 3 times, and like the location of Toa Toa (Havers). This is a location that allows easy access to town, beaches, and restaurants. Very nice overall. I would stay there again. We're very happy with the service provided by Best of BVI! Everything was handled professionally and smoothly. They handled both our villa rental and car rental.
