Villa description
A delightful, private 2-bedroom villa with commanding views over the Sir Francis Drake Channel and surrounding islands from a vantage point in the hills at the eastern end of Tortola. An open plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen opens out onto a large verandah. The master bedroom is accessed via a separate staircase and has en suite bathroom and private balcony. The second bedroom also has a private terrace area and en suite bathroom. The driveway, accessed via remote controlled gated entry, provides ample parking. Tamarind Crest is a 5 mins’ drive from some of Tortola’s finest beaches including Josiah’s Bay, Long Bay (Beef Island), Well Bay (Beef Island) and Lambert Beach. Ferries to the islands of Marina Cay and Virgin Gorda run regularly from Trellis Bay, also a short drive from the villa. The area offers a wide variety of restaurants, a supermarket and bakery.

Trudi's personal opinion
Tamarind Crest, not widely advertised, is a hidden gem on Tortola. The far-reaching, fabulous views stretch from Salt Island all the way to Guana Island with the islands of Cooper, Ginger, Beef, Virgin Gorda, Scrub and Great Camanoe in between. The villa is located on the east of Tortola, surrounded by tropical plants and mature trees and within easy reach of the picture-postcard beaches of Long Bay (east) and Well Bay. The villa is spacious, well maintained and ideal for one or two couples or for a small family. Very comfortable and simply furnished, the villa is perfect for guests seeking a quiet vacation. I especially liked the deck area and the views from the villa, which are simply breathtaking. Exceptionally good value.

The Villa was excellent overall. The views and the size of the villa were both better than our expectations and the Villa had a homely feel. The facilities were very good although the TV didn't work very well.

All villa rental rates are quoted for 7 nights unless otherwise stated and are based on two persons per bedroom. A minimum of 7 nights is required during high season and 5 nights during low season for the majority of villas. A 10-14 night minimum is required during Christmas/New Year depending on the villa.
The weekly villa rental rates listed do not include 7% Government Tax.
