Villa description
Designed for fun, easy living, SummerSalt offers two villas - Main House and Guest House - with a total of four air-conditioned bedrooms. Beautiful Mexican tile floors, casual furnishings and stunning views will make your stay an easy carefree one. With 4 bedrooms in two villas, SummerSalt provides flexibility for extended family gatherings and/or groups while providing privacy for all. The pool and terrace are conveniently located on the main level between the two villas - the Guest House is never rented separately to another party so your privacy is always assured. SummerSalt is one of only a handful of private villas located on a dead-end lane above the centre of renowned Smuggler's Cove. The tranquil beach at Smuggler's is just a 5-minute walk from the villa via a private footpath. The Main House has a large covered dining porch, expansive Great Room with a dramatic vaulted ceiling and multiple sets of French doors opening to the dining porch and covered verandah overlooking Smuggler's Cove, the Jost channel, out islands and down island views to Cane Garden Bay. The Great Room and fully equipped kitchen are connected by a 12' long custom-made mahogany bar/peninsula. The master bedroom is conveniently located off the Great Room and has a vaulted ceiling, French doors opening to the verandah, king-sized bed and private master bath with an even more private outdoor stone shower with views of Smuggler's Cove and the channel. The lower level has a hall bath shared by two air-conditioned king bedrooms (or two extra long twin beds in each - your choice), each with its own set of French doors opening to a quiet shaded patio. All three Main House bedrooms have custom-made mahogany wardrobes, ceiling fans and French doors opening to stunning ocean views. The Guest House has an open plan vaulted living room/fully equipped kitchen, private covered dining porch, air-conditioned queen bedroom and private bath. SummerSalt is located in Belmont Estate on a quiet acre at the end of a very private lane. Belmont is an exclusive 100+ acre residential area located above a palm grove and Smuggler's Cove beach on the northwest coast of Tortola, an idyllic spot about as far away from the hustle and bustle as one can get. Designed by well-known local architectural firm, Smith Arneborg Architects, SummerSalt is well positioned to catch the soft Caribbean breezes and unforgettable views. Trudi's personal opinion SummerSalt is a lovely villa, a haven where you can instantly relax, enjoy the jaw-dropping, mesmerizing views and watch yachts sail effortlessly past. The villa offers an excellent choice of amenities, comfortable furnishings and, most importantly of all, a home-from-home feel. A separate self-contained Guest House offers privacy for larger groups. Situated at the end of a leafy lane, SummerSalt is extremely private and peaceful and is well located within walking distance or a few minutes' drive of some of the best beaches on Tortola. Shops and restaurants are also within a short drive over the hill at Soper's Hole/West End. The villa is well-maintained and spotless throughout and is an excellent choice for both families and couples alike. The icing on the cake is SummerSalt's private path down to the fabulous beach at Smugglers Cove. You will not be disappointed. |

| All villa rental rates are quoted for 7 nights unless otherwise stated and are based on two persons per bedroom.
A minimum of 7 nights is required during high season and 5 nights during low season for the majority of villas. A 10-14 night minimum is required during Christmas/New Year depending on the villa. The weekly villa rental rates listed do not include 7% Government Tax. Information about specific villa rentals listed on this website is subject to change at any time. |
