Sterling House has to be the ideal property for 2 couples or 4 people on the north shore of Tortola. It's location is in the best part of the island for views, beaches, and sunsets. Being oceanfront is the best part... a few steps down to the finest sand and surf anywhere. The villa was beautifully decorated, fully stocked with appropriate gourmet kitchenware, and had very comfortable beds and outdoor furniture. The massage pool was an added bonus which felt wonderful after a day in the ocean. The owners were very helpful and provided us with anything we needed. Wifi was available. Villa also operates on a generator so when the power goes out, it is not a problem because the generator immediately provides service. This happens often in the BVIs and we never knew it other than the blinking lights on the microwave or alarm clock. Beach chairs and boogie boards were there for our use. Villa was very private and secure. We do know of any property that can top this one on Tortola! Sterling House was unbelievable!! Best place I've ever stayed - perfect. The pool and gardens were well maintained. Sterling House more than met our expectations - we loved it. The only problem was the TV didn't get Fox and the national league playoffs were on - we had to go to a restaurant to watch. Trudi was great - always got right back to us and spelled all the details out for us easily. LH, Oct 2010
This villa is spectacular from the outside in. Beautiful decor, well appointed and amazing location. Donna was exceptionally helpful, hospitable, informative and fun. She ensured our privacy yet made sure we had everything we wanted or needed. We would absolutely recommend it to others, we want to share this treasure with our family and friends! It was fantastic. Tough to be back to this lack of sun and dampness but grateful we had the most perfect week in the most perfect place! We'll be back for sure! We would have loved a BBQ. We did speak to the owners and recommended one. It had everything else we needed. Trudi was outstanding as a representative for us throughout the entire booking process. Our trip was fabulous, it was so hard to leave! Sterling House was wonderful and Donna was great! The owner lives on site, which I was somewhat apprehensive about in the beginning. However, she was a delight and it was so nice to have someone there to answer questions about the island, recommend restaurants etc. The housekeeper was available as little or as much as we wanted. Thanks for all your help in making our honeymoon so enjoyable. You made it very easy and answered all my questions promptly, eager to help. BV, Aug 2009

All villa rental rates are quoted for 7 nights unless otherwise stated and are based on two persons per bedroom. A minimum of 7 nights is required during high season and 5 nights during low season for the majority of villas. A 10-14 night minimum is required during Christmas/New Year depending on the villa. The weekly villa rental rates listed do not include 7% Government Tax. Information about specific villa rentals listed on this website is subject to change at any time.
