Serendipity House is nestled in a lush tropical garden, above and behind the Tamarind Club, approximately 300' above sea level overlooking beautiful Josiah's Bay on the north coast of Tortola. Josiah's Bay, a 5 minutes' drive, can be seen from every room of both the Upper and Lower Villa. For larger groups, requiring three, four or five bedroom accommodation, you may rent more than one unit at the same time. The pool at Serendipity House is for the exclusive use of guests only. The Tamarind Club, just a 2 minute walk down the hill, has a very large pool with swim up bar and is open to guests of Serendipity House, free of charge. The Tamarind Club restaurant serves breakfast, lunch & dinner and is available for new arrivals up to 8.30pm. If you don't want to cook at all they will arrange a meal plan.

UPPER VILLA
The Upper Villa has two spacious ocean-view bedrooms (1 queen & 1 king or twin) with private bathrooms. There is a beautiful living room and a spacious kitchen area. This unit has a 40' covered veranda with dinner seating for 8 guests, comfortable patio chairs and a hammock.
LOWER VILLA
The Lower Villa is a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor, with a view of Josiah's Bay from bedroom, living room and kitchen. The lower villa also offers a private verandah and patio. There are separate stairs to the pool which is situated on the upper level above and behind the Upper Villa.
STUDIO APARTMENT
The Studio Apartment has a full kitchen, TV, VCR, phone, bathroom and private balcony with spectacular views of Josiah's Bay. The king bed can be made up as a twin with advanced notification.
POOLSIDE PAD
The Poolside Pad offers compact but comfortable accommodation for a couple. It is ideal for shorter stays or for use with one or more of the other villas. The Poolside Pad has a TV, VCR, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and BBQ - perfect for quiet breakfasts or simple meals.

Serendipity House is an affordable villa overhung with tropical planting, with a large pool, all within 5 minutes' drive from the beach. This five-bedroom property can be rented in self contained sections or as a whole. Well positioned near The Tamarind Club which has an excellent restaurant if you don't want to cook, Serendipity House offers comfortable and casual living all year round.
