Villa description
Sebastian's Seaside Villas is just a stone's throw from the picturesque beach at Apple Bay on the north-west coast of Tortola. The suites are positioned ocean-front to capture the incredible panoramic views and are ideally situated to watch the glorious sunsets over Jost van Dyke from their own private balconies. The Deluxe Suites are larger than the Junior Suites and benefit from a luxurious teak whirlpool bath. Both the Deluxe and Junior Suites are air-conditioned, have spacious en suite bathrooms, a kitchenette, seating and dining areas.

Trudi's personal opinion
Located along a quiet lane, Sebastian's Seaside Villas are within walking distance of the beach at Apple Bay as well as the mile-long beach at Long Bay, over the hill to the west. The attractive suites, with dark mahogany wooden beds and colourful bed throws, are well-equipped and enjoy truly breathtaking ocean views. Each suite has its own private balcony which overhangs the clear turquoise waters below and on a calm day you don't even need to go snorkeling - just look down to the sea below and gaze in wonder at the tropical fish. The location at Little Apple Bay is hard to beat with recommended restaurants and bars and the famous Bomba Shack all within a short, easy walk of the villas. Highly recommended for couples and families alike.

Sebastian's Seaside Villas absolutely met our expectations, the facilities were excellent as was the housekeeper. I would recommend the villas to others without doubt.

The facilities were very good. The housekeeper was very efficient, we appreciated the fact that the room was made up early in the day. Room was lovely... I enjoyed the private balcony and the fact that they provided a lounge chair to enjoy the view.

All villa rental rates are quoted for 7 nights unless otherwise stated and are based on two persons per bedroom. A minimum of 7 nights is required during high season and 5 nights during low season for the majority of villas. A 10-14 night minimum is required during Christmas/New Year depending on the villa.
The weekly villa rental rates listed do not include 7% Government Tax.
