Villa description
Sade is a 5-bedroom luxury villa in a highly desirable residential area on the north-west coast of Tortola and within an easy 2 mins' walk to the idyllic beach at Smuggler's Cove. The villa is surrounded by mature trees and tropical planting to maximise privacy. The driveway, with ample parking, leads to the entrance of the Main House. A garden walkway at the rear of the property continues to the delightful one-bedroom Guest Cottage, located on the far side of the pool. Decorated with vibrant colours and soft creams, high-quality mahogany and teak furniture and original Caribbean artwork throughout, the Main House boasts four air-conditioned, equal-size king bedroom/bathroom suites all with separate showers and bathtubs. On the lower level there is a formal dining area seating up to 10 guests. Through the glass sliding doors, a large covered balcony with inviting cushioned sofas and a further dining table and chairs for alfresco dining await. The well-equipped cherrywood kitchen with island, high back kitchen chairs and stainless steel appliances is conveniently located to the rear of the dining area. Two bedroom suites on the main level can be found on either side of the dining room, each offering its own private balcony with cushioned seating, cable TV and DVD players. From the dining area, an interior staircase leads to the upper level of the property and to a spacious lounge, a wet bar and home office. The lounge, with cathedral ceiling, cable TV, DVD and a CD-player is an ideal area to relax at the end of the day. A large covered verandah beyond, with stunning views overlooking Smuggler's Cove and outlying islands, is the perfect spot to sip a cocktail whilst viewing the breathtaking sunsets. Two further bedroom suites on the upper level, both with jacuzzi baths and separate showers, mirror the layout on main level below. Outside, the large curved pool and sun deck are positioned between the Main House and the Guest Cottage. High quality sun loungers and side tables surround the pool together with tubs of tropical plants. The separate Guest Cottage offers air-conditioned king bedroom/bathroom suite with separate shower and jacuzzi bath, and a large living area with double sofabed and kitchen area. Two separate verandahs, one from the living area and one from the bedroom suite, offer comfortable cushioned seating. Sade is an extremely spacious property, ideal for families and friends alike, looking for rest and relaxation in the British Virgin Islands. |

Trudi's personal opinion There is not another luxury villa closer to the pristine beach at Smuggler's Cove than Sade. This beautiful, spacious property is within 200 yards of the white-sands and turquoise waters providing both good snorkeling and swimming. Completed in May 2006, Sade has been finished to a very high standard with excellent quality amenities. I especially liked the large pool and sun deck area, surrounded by mature trees and tropical planting ensuring guests' privacy at all times. The separate one-bedroom, self-contained Guest Cottage is ideal for a couple seeking privacy away from the Main House. Sade is a private villa where you would be content to spend plenty of time relaxing by the pool, enjoying cocktails on the private balconies taking in the ocean views but, if you felt the need to move, a trip to Long Bay, Apple Bay and the amenities and beach at Cane Garden Bay are all within a short drive. Good restaurants at West End are within a 5-10 mins' drive over the hill. Absolutely perfect for couples and families alike. |

Reviews of Sade I just wanted to say on behalf of all our guests a Million Thank You's to you for organizing our trip to the BVI. The whole booking experience is like no other we have had before (and I might add we have all been on some pretty swish holidays organized through Travel Agents, but none compare to the service we received from you). It was seamless not only were you available what appeared to be 24/7 to answer our endless stream of daft questions before we left. Your recommendation of which Villa to stay in was fantastic, and we have friends who live on Tortola who agreed it has to be one of the best Villas in an ideal location on the Island. When we arrived our taxi was waiting and Deadman was great entertainment and pointed local places we may wish to visit not to mention the refreshments, Painkillers all round. When we arrived at the Villa we were astounded by how great the decoration and location were and our lovely maid Thelma had unpacked all our shopping, so refreshments and food were there to greet tired travelers. This was all thanks to you Trudi for placing the order for us. Kathy showed us round the Villa and was there to greet us with a smile and again tips and points of local interest, she called us throughout our trip to ensure everything was OK and very promptly sorted out a plumber, Smiley, who fixed a toilet that had got stuck on flush. The information sheets you provided us with were an invaluable help, especially helping us survive the trauma of Antigua Airport. Thank You, once again for making our trip so special we are spreading the word in the BVI and now back home of how great you were and how fantastic the service was that we received.
