Villa description
Villa Delle Palme (formerly Quantock House) sits over 1000’ hillside above Brewers Bay with far reaching ocean views towards Jost van Dyke and Sandy Cay. The gated entrance leads you through outstanding grounds to a covered parking area. Villa Delle Palme is an elegant villa built on three levels. The main floor comprises of an open plan Great Room with separate sitting areas for relaxing and watching TV, a formal dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a study area with computer and fax. Beyond the Great Room, the covered verandah offers comfortable cushioned seating and table and chairs for alfresco dining. Spectacular sea vistas can be enjoyed from the verandah. The spacious bedrooms consist of four themed suites: Floral Suite with magnificent 4-poster mahogany bed, Monkey Suite with 4-poster mahogany queen-size bed, and French Terracotta Suite with 4-poster mahogany queen-size bed. All of these bedrooms have private terraces with sea views, dressing areas and en suite bathrooms with large showers. The fourth en suite bedroom, Elephant Suite, is situated on the lower level and has 2 queen-size beds. The curved pool and surrounding deck provides a tranquil area for rest and relaxation. The gardens are a particular feature of this property, with bananas, paw-paws and avocados in season, and a simply stunning variety of mature tropical planting. |

Trudi's personal opinion Villa Delle Palme is a distinctive home with plenty of space for up to 10 guests but so designed that smaller groups can equally enjoy this luxurious property, too. Ideally located in peaceful Green Bank, close to Brewers Bay and Cane Garden Bay, the villa is perfect for guests wanting to enjoy a private vacation yet still be within a few minutes’ drive of beaches, restaurants and shops. The villa is quite unique with original artwork throughout and individual themed bedrooms. I especially liked the spaciousness of the Great Room and the verandah with breathtaking panoramic ocean views. The gardens with huge palms and tropical flowering shrubs and trees are truly magnificent. |

| All villa rental rates are quoted for 7 nights unless otherwise stated and are based on two persons per bedroom.
A minimum of 7 nights is required during high season and 5 nights during low season for the majority of villas. A 10-14 night minimum is required during Christmas/New Year depending on the villa. The weekly villa rental rates listed do not include 7% Government Tax. Information about specific villa rentals listed on this website is subject to change at any time. |
