Limeberry House was wonderful and very clean. I would recommend more lighting in the courtyard as it's a great place to entertain. The villa met our expectations, very well equipped. Limeberry House is beautifully done - does not feel like a "rental" - comfortable, stylish, and perfect for our stay. Possibly add screens to doors on the living room/kitchen doors as we had problems with critters. Owners Jon & Katy are extremely helpful, accommodating and responsive. Trudi is THE BEST! She is a dream to work with - so helpful, organized and responsive and available 7 days a week! Knows the ins & outs, makes wonderful recommendations, and thinks of everything so that our family holiday was PERFECT. Thank you so much for everything. - We would rate this property 9/10 - The property was very clean. - The house was fully stocked. (Our only complaint was that the bug spray was almost gone and citronella candles were burnt out). We brought our own bug spray. - The house was very comfortable. - The provisioning through Bobby's was great. I have been wanting to get in touch with you to thank you for all that you did to help arrange a fabulous holiday for my family and myself. We adored Limeberry House. You know it is even more lovely than it looks online. And the place has great vibes! Congratulations to Jon and Katy for putting together such a lovely spot. We were very satisfied with Best of BVI, Trudi answered all my requests very quickly and in great detail and was always totally helpful and pleasant. We loved the villa and whenever we mentioned where we were staying to people on the island they always had the nicest things to say about Jon, for example the folks at Oscars gave us a table with a lovely view when they asked where we were staying. Very well equipped and very tasteful interior altho the pots and pans are getting a bit worn and there were not very many glass glasses altho there were a lot of plastic glasses if you don't mind drinking out of plastic but plenty of everything else, great appliances, the cable was not working but that did not matter at all to us. It was very nice to have wireless internet which was very fast and reliable. MS, Mar 2008

All villa rental rates are quoted for 7 nights unless otherwise stated and are based on two persons per bedroom. A minimum of 7 nights is required during high season and 5 nights during low season for the majority of villas. A 10-14 night minimum is required during Christmas/New Year depending on the villa. The weekly villa rental rates listed do not include 7% Government Tax. Information about specific villa rentals listed on this website is subject to change at any time.
