We would give Heritage Inn 8/10. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. There were two things that we would have changed. The love seat, though very island-esque, was not ideal for 2 people trying to kick back and relax. The air conditioner was only meant for the bedroom.* I know that it was off-season and more expensive, but we are used to AC!

Chris (on-island manager) is AMAZING! 10/10 We absolutely LOVED her! She was amazingly hospitable and made us feel like we were at home! Heritage Inn met our expectations and then some and we would recommend it to others.

As with the majority of villas/inns, it's usual to have A/C in the bedrooms only in the BVI.

We just arrived home today from our wonderful vacation. It was every thing we dreamed of and more! Thank you for all your help and guidance along the way. We are already planning next year's trip and adding locations we want to see that didn't get to this time. Heritage Inn was THE BEST place on Tortola. Chris and her staff are fantastic! We felt at home the 1st night and almost cried when it was time to leave. Please recommend this Inn to everyone that inquires. I can not say enough good things about it.

Jeep rental went smoothly. The taxi was there to meet us at the ferry, jeep was delivered Saturday. This actually worked very well for us. All provisions were waiting for us. Best of all for us was cold Ting in the refrigerator.

Heritage Inn was very good. Tortola was paradise - thank you for all you help. Everyone was really friendly and i was put in apt 9 at Heritage so had an amazing view and sun set every day.

Everything went very smoothly, and it was wonderful to get back to the Heritage Inn. The fresh paint and "sprucing up" made it very welcoming and warm. And of course, the entire staff from Chris and Bunky to the wait staff in the bar were great.

All villa rental rates are quoted for 7 nights unless otherwise stated and are based on two persons per bedroom. A minimum of 7 nights is required during high season and 5 nights during low season for the majority of villas. A 10-14 night minimum is required during Christmas/New Year depending on the villa.
The weekly villa rental rates listed do not include 7% Government Tax.
