Villa description
Hall's Haven is a delightful town house located oceanfront with far reaching views of the Sir Francis Drake Channel. Adjacent to Manual Reef Marina at Manatee Point in Sea Cows Bay, the property has private parking, nice walking areas, and a large oceanfront deck. On the main level, accommodation comprises of a living room with comfortable sofas, a formal dining room and a gourmet-equipped kitchen as well as an office, laundry room, pantry and convenient powder room. Full-size decks, bordered by mature palms and tropical flowering plants, provide areas for alfresco dining and relaxing. Two spacious bedroom/bathroom suites can be found upstairs, both are fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Both bedrooms share a balcony with views of the ocean and outlying islands.

Conveniently located within 10 mins' drive of Road Town and the beautiful white-sand beaches along the north shore, this attractive and elegant villa is ideal for guests seeking a quiet vacation away from the stresses of everyday life. Hall's Haven is a well-designed oceanfront property boasting exceptional views stretching across the Sir Francis Drake Channel and out to Peter Island and Norman Island in the distance. Particularly well-equipped, the villa offers all the amenities you would expect to find in a much larger property. Hall's Haven offers extremely affordable accommodation for up to 4 guests making it perfect for couples and families alike.

All villa rental rates are quoted for 7 nights unless otherwise stated and are based on two persons per bedroom. A minimum of 7 nights is required during high season and 5 nights during low season for the majority of villas. A 10-14 night minimum is required during Christmas/New Year depending on the villa.
The weekly villa rental rates listed do not include 7% Government Tax.
