We enjoyed our stay once again in the BVI and thank you for all your organisation which once again was faultless. The view compensates for some of any shortcomings the villa may have. We both enjoy being "away from it all". However, because of its position, at this time of the year it gets rather cool in the evening and so we found ourselves inside from sunset onwards. Also, probably because we are getting older, we found the chairs not very comfortable. However, in spite of getting "a bit tired", everywhere was spotless and the owners were very kind and caring. It met our needs very well and the owners were so nice and friendly. The guest book that is kept in the villa was full of useful information about good places to eat. We just wanted to thank you for your everything! We enjoyed our vacation so much and we appreciate your assistance with answering questions, giving us information, etc. It was wonderful! KM, Jul 2009
Thank you for all the help you gave us. In spite of my wife's slight misgivings before departure to BVI, Greenbank Villa turned up trumps. Just what we wanted. Two small items just to mention. Although there was an abundance of coffee making equipment, we never found a kettle... essential to make good tea! A saucepan did the job. We would suggest that should the power line at some time in the future need replacing or updating etc that the pole to the left of the gate, looking from the house towards Jost van Dyke be moved up the hill and not spoil a perfect view of the evening setting sun. I thought my husband's views [above] were a bit half hearted, I thought Green Bank Villa completely perfect, blow the kettles nobody in the BVI ever has kettles as far as I can see. My eyes were perfectly able to discount the power line. So for my vote Green Bank Villa gets 101%. I'd love to go back there but would have to find some more family heirlooms to sell, worth it, I am sure. CK, May 2009
We had a great time in the BVI. If we were to return for another visit to these islands (it would be our 6th) we would be delighted to stay at Greenbank again. The situation was almost perfect and Mr & Mrs George were delightful hosts. JS, Feb 2009
We really liked the location – more center of island. I realize that the best layout is one where main dining and living room is in one building and pool is in the middle and bedroom at other end – for whatever reason it seems more relaxing and spread out. We really liked Greenbank and really liked the welcome food for a light lunch as well as breakfast - I really think every villa owner should provide the welcome food package that the George’s provide – when traveling it is basically impossible to arrive at whatever villa you are renting prior to 3-4 in the afternoon – as such it is great to have food that can hold you that night and next morning! Only issue with Greenbank is it is an older villa – well maintained but older. I would mention that the internet connection is the best on the island - the owners do not understand how nice the connection is and easy to use. Also need to turn heat up in pool or show guests how to do this. GB, Mar 2008
The facilities were functional, not luxurious. The 2 single beds were a bit softer than we would have preferred, but the queen in the front bedroom was perfect. The shades were a bit of an operational challenge. We did not use the AC at all. The owners were very friendly and hospitable; please send them our best wishes. Greenbank Villa met our expectations, we loved it. We contacted several agents, and found Best of BVI to be the most prompt, responsive and helpful in terms of finding an arrangement to suit our needs. The only thing you could have done better is to have somehow found us a way to have stayed for a month! BC, Jan 2008
We had a very nice time at Greenbank Villa. It was exactly what we needed. The house was cute and comfortable and the views were incredible. The little things had been thought of (soap, toilet paper, stocked fridge and ice). Very clean, plenty of towels. About 99.9% of our time on the island was spent at the house. The booking process was excellent -very efficient, timely and smooth and even over email you could tell it was done with a smile! Extremely satisfied. Top notch service. The villa sheet is well done and I think that your island info sheet is very helpful, especially for those who have not been to the island before. I also felt that if I had had any other questions that they would have been answered in a prompt, pleasant and thorough manner. I am not someone that throws compliments around much but I do have an appreciation for good processes and customer service skills and I must acknowledge that yours are outstanding. Our difficult situation was made that much easier by all of your efforts. I really went into this knowing that everything was done and done right. Many thanks! PT, Jan 2007

All villa rental rates are quoted for 7 nights unless otherwise stated and are based on two persons per bedroom. A minimum of 7 nights is required during high season and 5 nights during low season for the majority of villas. A 10-14 night minimum is required during Christmas/New Year depending on the villa. The weekly villa rental rates listed do not include 7% Government Tax. Information about specific villa rentals listed on this website is subject to change at any time.
