Villa Description
Greenbank Villa is a charming West Indian Bungalow situated overlooking Brewers Bay in peaceful and secluded surroundings. The unique design includes two bright and airy pavilions located on either side of the private, heated pool and deck. The two air-conditioned bedrooms and two baths are located in the east pavilion, the west pavilion includes the living room, formal dining room and kitchen, with large windows on all sides opening to dramatic views of the ocean, lush hills, blue skies, and white sand beaches. A simple cold arrival dinner and your next morning's continental breakfast are included in the rental rates.

If you're looking for a very private, peaceful vacation at an affordable rate then Greenbank Villa is an excellent choice. The incredible sea views from all corners of the property will literally take your breath away. The villa is well designed and offers casual and comfortable accommodation surrounded by attractive mature gardens. Greenbank Villa is perfect for guests seeking rest and relaxation - I can think of nothing better than reading a good book by the very private pool. I especially liked the deck between the two pavilions, a perfect place for alfresco dining while taking in the amazing panoramic ocean views. The villa is conveniently located within 10 mins' drive of the outstanding beaches at Cane Garden Bay and Brewers Bay and within a 15 mins' drive to Road Town for shops and ferries.

  • Further up the hill, but well hidden, is Greenbank Villa's sister property Emerald Crest. Both properties can be rented together if you need to accommodate up to 11 guests.
  • Your first night's simple cold arrival dinner and next morning's continental breakfast is included in the rental rate.
  • Escort to Greenbank Villa upon arrival included. Departure transfers not included.
  • The following can be arranged - please enquire:
    • Rental car - can be delivered and picked-up free of charge at the airport, ferry dock or at Greenbank Villa. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for guests staying at Greenbank Villa.
    • Provisions can be delivered to Greenbank Villa prior to your arrival.
    • Private massages/spa service/beauty treatments can be arranged at the villa.
    • Additional maid service can be arranged at $50/day.

All villa rental rates are quoted for 7 nights unless otherwise stated and are based on two persons per bedroom. Information about specific villa rentals listed on this website is subject to change at any time. The weekly villa rental rates listed do not include 7% GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX.
A minimum 7-night villa rental is required during the HIGH SEASON and 5 nights during the LOW SEASON for most villas. A 10-14 night minimum villa rental is required during the Christmas/New Year's Holiday Seasons depending on the villa.
