Villa description
Frenchmans is a new boutique hotel on Tortola in the British Virgin Islands offering a unique combination of the luxuries of the larger resorts within the privacy of a small community of cottages. Located on a 12-acre peninsula, Frenchmans has a private beach, pool, tennis court, and perhaps some of the best snorkeling on Tortola. The resort is also within walking distance of Soper’s Hole with its popular marina, a variety of restaurants and shops, overlooking the main port of entry for ferry services to the USVI. Each cottage embodies an exquisite elegance, set amidst lush tropical gardens and variety of luxury services including a restaurant “The Watermark” which now provides some of the best food and wine in the BVI. Under new ownership, the resort has recently been completely refurbished. The kitchens in each villa are fully equipped allowing flexibility and a variety of dining options. Enjoy dinner and drinks on your spacious private balcony overlooking the sea while listening to the crashing waves below. |

Trudi's personal opinion Using natural materials and original artwork, the villas at Frenchmans BVI offer high-end, comfortable accommodation for the discerning traveler. All of the 1-bed and 2-bed cottages have been finished to an exceptionally high standard and include fully equipped kitchens, spacious living/dining areas, peaceful bedrooms with en suite contemporary bathrooms. This unique resort boasts a small private beach, pool and tennis court along with, what I think is, one of the best restaurants on Tortola - 'The Club House'. With breathtaking views of the ocean and outlying islands, I loved the serenity this exceptional resort provides as well as incredible attention to detail and first rate managers. The villas are immaculate throughout and I have no hesitation whatsoever recommending them for either a short or long stay in the BVI. You will not be disappointed! |

| All villa rental rates are quoted for 7 nights unless otherwise stated and are based on two persons per bedroom.
A minimum of 7 nights is required during high season and 5 nights during low season for the majority of villas. A 10-14 night minimum is required during Christmas/New Year depending on the villa. The weekly villa rental rates listed do not include 7% Government Tax. Information about specific villa rentals listed on this website is subject to change at any time. |
