Located on the water's edge at Little Apple Bay, The Loft (upper level) offers spacious accommodation with a soaring 24-foot ceiling to capture the sea breezes. The villa offers spacious living area with double arched doors leading out to the dining balcony for an incredible ocean view, and a well-equipped galley kitchen. High above the living area on the mezzanine floor is the queen bedroom; a further 2 guests (children) can be accommodated on the sofas in the living room. When the swell is up, Apple Bay offers some of the area's best surfing, boogie boarding and body surfing, all conveniently located just outside the villa. Of course, one of the most popular activities is simply reading a book on the porch while soaking up the sunshine. The outside of this unique villa features a porch with cooling sea breezes and an uninterrupted panoramic view spanning the ocean and outlying islands. The Loft is ideally suited for those looking for a value priced villa with a great 'on the water' location. Fall asleep to the sounds of lapping waves and wake up to a spectacular multi island view from this compact and comfortable villa. The apartment is perfectly positioned to enjoy fantastic views from the verandah and still be within a short walk of local amenities and, when the surf is up, excellent surfing at nearby Apple Bay and Capoon's Bay. * When the weather is calm, swimming and snorkeling is directly off the front porch. |

| All villa rental rates are quoted for 7 nights unless otherwise stated and are based on two persons per bedroom.
A minimum of 7 nights is required during high season and 5 nights during low season for the majority of villas. A 10-14 night minimum is required during Christmas/New Year depending on the villa. The weekly villa rental rates listed do not include 7% Government Tax. Information about specific villa rentals listed on this website is subject to change at any time. |
