| Overview Long Bay is a mile-long beach of white sand and crystal clear waters. The entrance to the sea in front of Long Bay Resort is quite rocky, however, the western tip of the beach, away from the resort, is much quieter where the sand is wider and the swimming is good. Take an early morning walk along the sands - a fabulous start to the day - or a romantic sunset stroll. |

| Swimming Long Bay is a lovely beach for swimming, especially the western end. The snorkelling is a bit hit and miss but is better from the shore on the west side of the beach. When the surf is up, Long Bay is good for boogie boarding. |
