| Overview The most popular beach on Tortola with generally calm seas and gentle sloping sands makes it ideal especially for families with younger children. A good selection of bars and restaurants to choose from along the beach with gift shops and a small supermarket for provisioning. Cane Garden Bay is a favoured anchorage for boaters so can get quite busy in the height of the season (Christmas-Easter). If you are seeking solitude on a deserted beach then Cane Garden Bay is NOT for you, although, like all beaches on Tortola, you will still be able to find your own private spot without feeling overcrowded. The ideal beach to 'people watch' during the day and to party at night. |
