	Tortola Adventure We found the booking process wonderful. The fact that you were able to sort out car hire and taxis and even a drop off at the supermarket was simply outstanding. Every email I sent to you was answered promptly and in depth, in fact it got to the point where I felt I was lagging behind you in the effort to sort out my own holiday!! Simply fantastic!!! We loved the villa, Tortola Adventure, we both agree that this is the first holiday property or hotel that actually fully resembles the photos and write up it had. We were not disappointed in the slightest, in fact it exceeded our expectations. When looking at holiday brochures and pictures, things never turn out as good as they seem, but in this case it was the opposite. The villa was spotless on our arrival. Many food items had been left in the fridge for our use and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. There was an abundence of towels and accessories, we needed nothing that wasn't already in the villa. The CD collection was great for late nights in and a whole load of interesting literature to suit every taste. The villa was more than comfortable, we loved sitting out on the balcony, and a personal favourite of mine was the swinging chair inside!! I would spend many a morning swinging contemplating which beach to frequent that day. The villa was very attractive from all angles. We spent all our time on the main floor so it felt that we were more in a studio apartment rather than a 3 bedroom villa, but that was fine and everything was in easy reach. The modern bathrooms were gorgeous and we took some hilarious photographs through the window to the swimming pool!! The facilities were fantastic, a huge kitchen, a gorgeous dipping pool and ample parking. The land and privacy added to the wonderful time we had at the villa. The villa exceeded our expectations and it was just lovely to be there for our first week. When we returned to Tortola on the third week we drove past Apple Bay and looked up wishing we were still there. It was simply fantastic privacy and harmony up there. Trudi, you were simply amazing with all you information and help during the booking process and even afterwards with regard to living in the BVI. 	Limeberry Villa We had a fantastic time on Tortola. It was sad to leave. I can't thank you enough for all the help you gave us for this trip. This is by far the most expensive trip we have taken, but it was worth it. We enjoyed the villa so much that it was hard to pull ourselves away. Even once we got the car, I would have preferred to stay at the villa. So, therefore, there is so much we didn't do. We did not make it to Virgin Gorda, so I'm thinking next time we may just have to book a villa there! We ended up using Patouche (Kuralu was not open; closed until the end of October) for a day sail with the kids, and it was fantastic. 	SummerSalt SummerSalt was first rate with very good facilities - the BBQ was great! The villa was very comfortable with plenty of seats and loungers and set in lovely gardens and surroundings - 10 out of 10. Madlin, the manager, was fantastic - charming, attentive, efficient and welcoming. Please pass on our sincerest thanks to the owner of SummerSalt. She has a wonderful home and we were very privileged to have been able to use it and had a really memorable holiday as a result. The service we received from Best of BVI was absolutely first class both pre, during and post our holiday. Trudi is extremely enthusiastic, efficient and knowledgeable about the BVI and gave us some excellent tips before our trip including provisioning (Bobby's internet service was first rate), car hire etc. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her. 	Cielo I feel very lucky that we stumbled into your information and assistance. We had a great trip and really appreciated all your efforts to organize our stay at Cielo. Everything went smoothly. 	Casa Luna You have been more than helpful with this process, much more than any other of the outfits. Great website and quick response on villa questions - I am glad to have come across your website. We had an incredible time at Casa Luna and in the BVI. We can't wait to go back. The only disappointment was that some of the restaurants had started to close, but there was plenty to choose from so not a big deal. We would rate Casa Luna 10 out of 10. It was incredible with beautiful views and met our expectations above and beyond. Everything was very helpful and with never going before it was hard to have too many questions. 	Frenchmans Lookout I cannot think of a single thing which would have made the rental experience any better. It was the easiest booking I have ever made and I felt no hesitation in asking questions which were dealt with most promptly. The booking process and efficiency was extraordinarily good. The villa was perfect. The maid, chef and gardener could not have been more attentive, without being intrusive. The service was exemplary. Gloria, Clarence and Mackie are the biggest assets of Frenchmans Lookout! I am loathe to recommend the villa to others as it would reduce our chances of being able to book it again! 	Sade We were so pleased with the entire process from start to finish. Booking was quick and easy and if any questions or concerns were posed, a response reached us within 24 hours of contacting Best of BVI. Overall this villa was excellent. The pool was beautiful and big enough for all of the people in our party to comfortably enjoy. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable and the bathrooms immaculate. The kitchen and dining area were so well equipped - we couldn't believe the vast array of items available to us. We really enjoyed using the grill and took full advantage of the balconies. It was also nice to have games, books, and DVDs available to guests. That was an added bonus that the owner didn't have to provide. This villa exceeded our expectations. 	Seashell I was very satisfied with the response time and quality of help provided. The owner/manager of Seashell was excellent and could not have been more helpful. The villa exceeded my expectations; it was very comfortable and attractive, and the facilities were excellent. Being a tea drinker, I would have found an electric kettle convenient. 	Casa Platano It was such a pleasure to meet you and actually spend some time with you. When people look at the photos and ask about the house, I tell the Fodorites story and how I emailed you for HELP, and then of course proceed to tell them how gracious you were and are. Again I want to thank you for all of your assistance. We had a really great trip and met some very cool people. We actually went to Oscar's the next night - why not! 	SummerSalt Villa We were very satisfied with booking SummerSalt Villa through Best of BVI. Trudi took us step by step making the process easy and answered all our questions prior to our trip, even ones I hadn't thought of! On a scale of 1-10, I give SummerSalt Villa a 10. The villa was very clean (I own a cleaning business in the US), well equipped and very comfortable. The gardens were exotic and well maintained. 	From the initial contact, Best of BVI provided helpful service and keen to achieve what we were looking for. 	SummerSalt Villa We wanted to drop you a line before we sadly leave SummerSalt Villa tomorrow. It has been wonderful and we loved the house! Such magnificent views. We have had beautiful weather and a very busy week. Today our last, we are just going to enjoy the house and maybe go into Road Town, which we have not yet done (except to eat a fabulous dinner at the Dove). Its been a true island experience. The people everywhere are so so nice and friendly. You had everything planned perfectly. SummerSalt Villa was the best, such a beautiful spot. 	Emerald Crest While not answering your questions specifically, I want to compliment you on enabling us to pursue a BVI vacation on such short notice. We liked Emerald Crest very much. We felt the owners were conscientious and, very importantly, available to us for emergencies. We would definitely consider this villa for a repeat visit. I was so pleased to have you take over our last-minute vacation needs and provide us with all the information we needed to make our vacation happen on such short notice. We have been to the BVI seven times in the last ten years, and this is the first time that much of what we needed to nail down was done by someone other than me. I loved it! We plan to return to the BVI next year with our two grown sons and spouses, and I will contact you before any other planning. I am happy to know that you can provide such a valuable service. 	Peach Cottage We have never booked our holidays through a broker before, and found Best of BVI through traveltalkonline.com. The booking process couldn't have been easier and your service and response time exceeded our expectations. We'd give the cottage high marks (especially for the $$). It is immaculate with everything you'd need for a lovely visit. We especially liked the open layout of the cottage and found the fans to provide more than enough relief for sleeping at night. I would recommend the villa to others, with the caveat that the drive up the hill even for repeat visitors is a bit daunting. For us, the location of Peach Cottage was a little far from the spots where we like to spend time (Brewers Bay and Cane Garden Bay) but not too far to be a problem. 	Greenbank Villa We had a very nice time at Greenbank Villa. It was exactly what we needed. The house was cute and comfortable and the views were incredible. The little things had been thought of (soap, toilet paper, stocked fridge and ice). Very clean, plenty of towels. About 99.9% of our time on the island was spent at the house. The booking process was excellent -very efficient, timely and smooth and even over email you could tell it was done with a smile! Extremely satisfied. Top notch service. The villa sheet is well done and I think that your island info sheet is very helpful, especially for those who have not been to the island before. I also felt that if I had had any other questions that they would have been answered in a prompt, pleasant and thorough manner. I am not someone that throws compliments around much but I do have an appreciation for good processes and customer service skills and I must acknowledge that yours are outstanding.
