Villa description
Overlooking Leverick Bay Resort, Vista Villa is a unique 2-story vacation villa offering a spectacular view of North Sound, Mosquito Island and the Caribbean beyond. The villa accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The upstairs floor plan includes the dining area, kitchen and 2 king bedrooms with private bathrooms. Adding to the feeling of space, the generous circular verandah surrounds the upstairs ocean side of Vista Villa. The ground floor (connected by an exterior staircase) has another bedroom with 2 twin beds, a private bath, entertainment area and a wet bar. Your own private dock, sandy beach, tennis, shopping, nightlife and restaurants are just next door.

All villa rental rates are quoted for 7 nights unless otherwise stated and are based on two persons per bedroom. A minimum of 7 nights is required during high season and 5 nights during low season for the majority of villas. A 10-14 night minimum is required during Christmas/New Year depending on the villa.
The weekly villa rental rates listed do not include 7% Government Tax.
