Villa description
A Villa on the Beach is a newly renovated, luxurious air-conditioned, four-bedroom estate villa right on the beach at Mahoe Bay. The villa is beautifully appointed with gracious inside and outside living spaces, a professional kitchen, alfresco dining and every entertainment amenity.

The creative design provides three master bedrooms all with king size beds, luxurious en suite bathrooms with indoor and outdoor natural stone showers that are open yet completely sheltered. The functional Children's Suite with bunk beds, and its own en suite bathroom, sleeps four making memorable family trips easy. The villa offers privacy for up to ten guests in space and comfort. The spacious Great Room is exquisitely furnished with rich hardwoods, local stone and carefully selected furniture and original art. The large flat screen entertainment system allows an easy end to perfect days.

A Villa on the Beach overlooks pristine Mahoe Bay from its poolside garden patios. Gaze at panoramic views over the pool to the gardens, over the beach to the Sir Francis Drake Channel, the Dog Islands and the glorious sunsets. The enclosed grounds boasts a spacious, well established tropical garden providing beautiful flowers and foliage amidst ample space for play. The raised edge on the pool provides safe enjoyment for young children.

For the active vacationer, teeming coral reefs for diving, snorkeling and kayaking are just steps away on the beach or enjoy tennis on a semi-private tennis court directly behind the villa. If you just want to relax, settle into the teak lounge chairs in the sun or tropical garden or wander down to the soft white-sand beach. Evening in paradise includes breathtaking sunsets from the beach or terrace.

Explore the pools, boulders and grottos of The Baths National Park, dive the HMS Rhone, deep sea fishing, sailing to the caves of Norman Island to search for Blackbeard's treasure, or hike the lush hills of Gorda Peak, all minutes away from your private villa.

All villa rental rates are quoted for 7 nights unless otherwise stated and are based on two persons per bedroom. A minimum of 7 nights is required during high season and 5 nights during low season for the majority of villas. A 10-14 night minimum is required during Christmas/New Year depending on the villa.
The weekly villa rental rates listed do not include 7% Government Tax.
