Villa description
Sea Fans is a luxurious 4 bedroom villa located beach front on Mahoe Bay on the island of Virgin Gorda, BVI. The Main House with separate living, dining and kitchen areas has a high cathedral roof with ceiling fans and indirect lighting. The kitchen is modern, extremely well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster oven and refrigerator/freezer with water and ice maker. The large centre island has a beautiful polished granite top with stools beneath. The flooring in all living areas is cool Mexican stone tile. Calming earth tones are prevalent throughout the interior complimented by bright floral patterns in each room. A glass-top, stone-base dining room table seats 6 guests comfortably. An L-shaped sitting area just off of the kitchen is set up for easy conversation or to watch TV. A library of books, videos, games and CDs is available for your enjoyment.

The villa was designed so that each of the bedrooms is very private. Each hexagonal bedroom has its own separate entrance, A/C, en suite bathroom and alfresco shower watching the sunset over Drake's Channel. There are two separate beach side bedroom pavilions and a two-story, 2-bedroom pavilion to the rear of the living pavilion. The second floor bedroom benefits from a well-equipped kitchenette. Each bedroom has its own large covered terrace with teak furniture.

All villa rental rates are quoted for 7 nights unless otherwise stated and are based on two persons per bedroom. A minimum of 7 nights is required during high season and 5 nights during low season for the majority of villas. A 10-14 night minimum is required during Christmas/New Year depending on the villa.
The weekly villa rental rates listed do not include 7% Government Tax.
