Villa description
Relaxation comes quickly to guests who vacation at the delightful Open Deck villa at gorgeous Mahoe Bay. Excellent swimming can be enjoyed just 250 feet away on the pristine white sand beach with gently lapping waves. Outstanding nearby reefs tempt snorkelers to spend hours marveling at the incredible colourful species of fish and coral formations. Open Deck is a 3-bedroom/3-bathroom very spacious home, designed to capture the sensational views of the sea, outlying islands including Tortola and truly amazing sunsets.

Open Deck offers indoor as well as outdoor living and dining areas and affords access to the pool terrace from the Great Room as well as from each of the beautifully furnished air conditioned bedrooms. There are two king master bedrooms with en suite baths and outdoor showers; the third bedroom boasts two queen sleigh beds with en suite bath and outdoor shower, connecting to a king bedroom in order to accommodate a family with young children. The Great Room shares space with an indoor dining area, a bar and a kitchen which is fully equipped with a side by side fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Open Deck is beautifully furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs, equipped with all the amenities including Satellite TV/DVD/CD, phone and iPod. The spacious outdoor covered terrace has a large dining table as well as an outdoor living area furnished with comfortable seating. Ceiling fans are strategically placed both indoors and outdoors. An open deck surrounds the beautiful pool area and enjoys breathtaking views of the ocean.

All villa rental rates are quoted for 7 nights unless otherwise stated and are based on two persons per bedroom. A minimum of 7 nights is required during high season and 5 nights during low season for the majority of villas. A 10-14 night minimum is required during Christmas/New Year depending on the villa.
The weekly villa rental rates listed do not include 7% Government Tax.
