Villa description
Nyumbani is a 3-br villa tucked away on the hillside with perfect privacy and magnificent ocean views. The focal point is the wrap around upper deck which captures the prevailing tradewinds and the panoramic views. It is a perfect spot to simply relax with your morning coffee or late afternoon sunsets.

A well laid out kitchen connected to a large family room gives opportunities to keep the conversation flowing and everyone relaxed. Yet at the same time additional space is provided to allow private quiet time. The features that have made this villa so popular include the balanced approach to extending the inside with the outside. Special touches of artwork and unique stylish furniture capture the true personality of a Caribbean villa. It is equipped with just about everything needed for a great family vacation or individual couples. With the villa renter in mind all three bedrooms were designed for a balanced approach in size and amenities. There are two well furnished bedrooms each with a private bath on the upper level along with a third bedroom located on the lower level. The pool and deck area is on the lower level adjacent to the third bedroom.

All villa rental rates are quoted for 7 nights unless otherwise stated and are based on two persons per bedroom. A minimum of 5 nights is required during high season and 3 nights during low season for the villas at Nail Bay. A 10 night minimum is required during Christmas/New Year depending on the villa.
The weekly villa rental rates listed do not include 7% Government Tax.
