Villa description
Anniversary House is a luxury 4-bedroom vacation villa located on Virgin Gorda. Positioned on Leverick Bay's highest ridge, this outstanding villa affords guests fabulous far-reaching views of the surrounding North Sound and outlying islands. The villa is built over three pavilions - the living pavilion plus two separate bedroom pavilions for additional privacy. Set in mature tropical gardens, the villa has an impressive infinity pool with plenty of space for relaxing and sunbathing. The Great Room with dramatically high ceilings encompasses the living, formal dining and kitchen areas. The professional kitchen is a chef's delight with every imaginable appliance you could dream of. Just outside the Great Room is a convenient full bathroom with shower. The covered verandah wraps three sides of the Great Room and provides a sizeable area for cooking on the Viking grill and alfresco dining. The poolside bedroom pavilion accommodates two queen bedroom suites whilst the garden pavilion houses a king bedroom suite and twin bedroom suite. All bedrooms offer romantic wooden 4-poster beds, en suite light and airy bathrooms (two with bidets), air conditioning, Cable TV, DVD player, CD player, telephone and private verandahs. |

Trudi's personal opinion Anniversary House is located hillside high up above Leverick Bay on Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands. The villa commands some of the best ocean views from any vacation property in the BVI - the far-reaching views of the North Sound and beyond are truly out of this world. Finished to an exceptionally high standard, Anniversary House offers very comfortable and relaxing accommodation for up to 8 guests. Leverick Bay for restaurants, stores, spa and watersports is within a short 5 mins' drive down the hill. The world-class beaches of Savannah Bay and Pond Bay are just 15 mins' drive over Gorda Peak. In my opinion, Anniversary House is a perfect option for families and friends alike and is one of the top rental villas in the Leverick Bay area. Highly recommended! |

| All villa rental rates are quoted for 7 nights unless otherwise stated and are based on two persons per bedroom.
A minimum of 7 nights is required during high season and 5 nights during low season for the majority of villas. A 10-14 night minimum is required during Christmas/New Year depending on the villa. The weekly villa rental rates listed do not include 7% Government Tax. Information about specific villa rentals listed on this website is subject to change at any time. |
